Terms & Conditions

  • Orders are secured ONLY once appropriate payment has been made

  • Orders totalling less than £80 must be paid in full in order to secure your booking regardless of how far in advance you book

  • If your date of collection is less than 2 weeks away, full payment must be made in order to secure your booking

  • For orders made more than 2 weeks before collection date a 50% deposit will secure your booking if the total is £80 or more; the outstanding balance in this case must be fulfilled at least 1 week before your collection date otherwise we reserve the right to reschedule this for another date

  • In the case of tiered cakes and large quantity/corporate orders payment has to be completed at least 3 weeks before collection date

  • Any and all payments made are non-refundable; on the rare occasion that we may need to cancel your booking you will receive a full refund

  • Please ensure you take all the appropriate care and precautions when transporting your cake (see our cake care section); we do not take responsibility for any damage or damages incurred to your baked goods after they have been collected

  • Lastly, by placing an order with us you confirm that you do not have any food allergies that require a fully allergen free kitchen; due to us operating from a domestic kitchen we cannot guarantee that trace amounts of common food allergens wouldn’t be present including for our gluten free options (we are not a gluten free kitchen)
