Orders are secured ONLY once appropriate payment has been made
Orders totalling less than £80 must be paid in full in order to secure your booking regardless of how far in advance you book
If your date of collection is less than 2 weeks away, full payment must be made in order to secure your booking
For orders made more than 2 weeks before collection date a 50% deposit will secure your booking if the total is £80 or more; the outstanding balance in this case must be fulfilled at least 1 week before your collection date otherwise we reserve the right to reschedule this for another date
In the case of tiered cakes and large quantity/corporate orders payment has to be completed at least 3 weeks before collection date
Any and all payments made are non-refundable; on the rare occasion that we may need to cancel your booking you will receive a full refund
Please ensure you take all the appropriate care and precautions when transporting your cake (see our cake care section); we do not take responsibility for any damage or damages incurred to your baked goods after they have been collected
Lastly, by placing an order with us you confirm that you do not have any food allergies that require a fully allergen free kitchen; due to us operating from a domestic kitchen we cannot guarantee that trace amounts of common food allergens wouldn’t be present including for our gluten free options (we are not a gluten free kitchen)
